“I’ve got red in my ledger, and I’d like to wipe it out.”-Natasha Romanoff, The Avengers
Just as the Black Widow has “red in her ledger”, we all have sin in our lives. Jesus is the only one who can wipe it out. We can’t do it on our own.

Was she referring to communism? Anyway, yes. 🙂 Thanks for posting! 😀

You’re welcome! 😉 And no. She was referring to all of her, um, evil. Yeah, it’s kind of explained in the Avengers. 😛

Oh… Well, it would also have made sense if she had meant Communism, because… USSR… And evidently she’s just turned 30… My brother told me about a file from “Winter Soldier” that told her age… or something.

She’s Russian, too… It’s a long story, and I don’t even know much about her, except that she used to be an assassin or whatever, and used her talents for anybody, pretty much.

That’s what made me think it might be that. 😉 But anyway, she seems like an interesting sort of character…

Ooh, she is. I’m dying to watch the Winter Soldier. I watched the scene where she meets Tony Stark in Iron Man 2… *sigh* It was so funny.

I WANT TO SEE THE WINTER SOLDIER!!! We should maybe make a movie night somehow? 😉

Yes! Actually, my mom doesn’t want me to watch it. Too much violence. So I’m holding out for Age of Ultron. You need to watch the Avengers before that comes out!!!!

Ahhh… If only they’d do novelizations, right?! :-S
I will, probably. My dad is having us watch the single-superhero movies for backstory’s sake, first. 😉

Oooh! *jealous* I want to watch Thor. 😉

Really? IDK much about it, so kind of on the tenterhooks there. 😛

You don’t know much about Thor??? He’s got a hammer… and he’s from another world, Asgard. He was the blond guy in the “mother’s drapes” clip, with his cape and all that. The guy with too much hairgel is his brother, Loki. 😉
LikeLike
Yeah… I “hammered” Loki for committing a fashion faux pas with his hair on another site, and got shouted down. 😛

😆 Cuz everybody likes Loki, in spite of his inherent evil-ness. Couse, I’m judging him off of just the Avengers, but still…

Dear me, Mr. Holmes, dear me… *sigh* Loki is so crazy, it’s not even funny. 😛

Thor: “Take care how you speak. Loki is of Asgard, and he is my brother.”
Natasha: “He killed 80 people in 2 days.”
Thor: “He’s adopted.”
That’s one of the best quotes in the movie right there. One of. 😉

X-D That sounds pretty fun!

I didn’t realize that Loki really was adopted until later. 😉

😛 You thought it was just a rare incidence of Norse snark? 😛

Possibly… maybe sarcasm. Although Thor isn’t the sarcastic type.

X-P Vikings don’t do snarky much. 😛 Except for the historical figure known as Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III. 😛

I have not heard of him, but that is an AWESOME name. 😉

WHAT??? I didn’t know any names, haven’t watched it yet, and most of my friends talk about superhero movies, romantic comedies and British comedies. 😉

Okay, you may find this disappointing, but… *takes deep breath* Loki is kind of disappointing in Thor. They deleted all the scenes with his character development. Not. Cool.

Thor, or Thor: The Dark World? I honestly don’t care very much about Loki… 😉

Loki is disappointing in Thor. I don’t know how he is in “The Dark World.” I haven’t seen it yet. 😉

He was, a little, but after watching all the deleted scenes (ha-ha) I feel like they just cut out too much. Honestly, it could’ve been a longer movie, wouldn’t feel so rushed. But it was pretty good. Lady Sif was just… *sigh* I’m not even fangirling over Thor or Loki. 😛 Just the awesome independent warrior lady. Odin reminded me of my pastor. 😛

They did cut out way too much, in my opinion. Odin reminds you of your pastor?! 0_0
